Kate is a freelance professional photographer based in the UK who has travelled around the globe taking photographs of wide variety of subject matter.
Much of her work can be considered conceptual and lends itself well to illustrating and advertising.
She is perhaps most famous as a nature photographer with a particular flair for capturing the beauty of flowers and plants.
On another plane, Kate's artistic talents and professional eye provide some highly unusual viewpoints of many everyday scenes from cityscapes to household objects, and but also include more natural objects such as sea shells lying upon the beach.
Whilst the majority of kate's work is now produced using digital capture, she also utilises both 35mm and medium format photography. She has her own studio and a range of gear including portable electronic flash equipment which enables her to undertake a variety of assignments and commissions.
